1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DDA Innovation website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

DDA Innovation provides creative digital solutions including, but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development
• Graphic Design & Branding
• Content Creation & Copywriting
• Social Media Management & Growth
• App Development
• AI Video Creation
• Online Support & Digital Assistance

The specific details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure that materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. DDA Innovation retains the right to:

• Showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Use project samples for promotional purposes
• Retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or templates used

All content on our website (text, images, logos, design elements) is the property of DDA Innovation and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. General terms include:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Payment milestones may be set for larger projects
• Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed

6. Revisions & Modifications

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to the project scope may require a revised proposal and additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DDA Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• Any deposits paid are non-refundable
• DDA Innovation will deliver all completed work up to that point

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the site without permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
